What you’ll do:

  • Support Wealth and Personal Banking’s delivery and oversight over various Business Financial Crime Risk and Customer Due Diligence policies and requirements.
  • Lead and add value to an efficient oversight framework over multiple Customer Due Diligence related tasks and domains, and provide business management with insights to MI reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage input from stakeholders and collate responses to build a comprehensive case for decision making, including escalation.
  • Drive streamlining, automation and digitalization for continuous improvement.
Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Degree holder with proven tarack record in Wealth and Personal Banking, Transformation or Risk functions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a must. Additional consideration will be given to candidates who are skilled in programing languages.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical mindset, with self-motivation and great sense of ownership.
  • Good language (written and spoken English, and spoken Cantonese), communications and presentation skills.
  • Have a pair of keen eyes for details, and able to cope with stress to meet tight deadline.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in Account Opening or Know Your Customer is an advantage.
  • Willing to learn and adapt on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
