Job description

The principal responsibility of Business Network Manager job category is to manage and execute analysis activity Define, through control and monitoring processes, the structure and physical distribution of FTEs corresponding to the Physical Channels department, using information models that meet the operational needs of each area.

The role holder may be located in a variety of areas of HSBC, they may be located in projects as well as in established BAU teams.

It is possible that the Business Analyst will work on multiple projects, programmes or value streams simultaneously and leading people.

Timely address the requirements of the network and areas corresponding to physical channels to fill vacancies, ensuring the necessary installed capacity is maintained in each business unit to meet goals and objectives.

Plan and execute strategies to meet the organization's short-term objectives. Participate in the development and updating of analyses to optimize resources in the branch network, ensuring business operability and continuity. Connect strategies with commercial operations, drawing on disciplines such as operational analysis, process management, operations analysis, and systems. Apply knowledge of relational query databases to design the required summaries or aggregate tables to support the analyses. Collect and communicate management data to support decisions

Responsibilities will include some or all of the following:

 • Help manage current department processes

• Workforce sessions with HR to track vacancies and recruit new talent

• Analysis and approval of Taleo portfolios according to the AOP and authorized budget

• Process management

• Promote best practices for project implementation

• Promoter management

• Execution of promotions and lateral moves

·      To present in with senior management and to maintain sustainable relationships with stakeholders

·      Capturing, analysing and documenting business process

              Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning, tracking progress to stakeholder engagement

              Collaborating in change interventions such as training and communication

              Assisting with the translation of business requirements and designs into more detailed functional requirements

              Creates analysis of network distribution with strategic variables.

              Understands risk exposure to the bank and helps senior colleagues manage it

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

 Years of Experience: Banking, more than 5 years in the distribution network

Knowledge:

 Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Abilities: Leadership, analytical and synthesis skills, problem-solving.

 Intermediate-basic English

 Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, proficiency in Excel and database management.
