We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Solutions and Deployment Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Analyse and investigate production incidents / client complaints. Drive incident resolution with multiple stakeholders
  • Perform BAU activity for product launches – Prepare procedural update, setup table / maintenance pages in system, conduct UAT, parameter upload and exceptional cases handling during IPO, and asset SEC to obtain information upon HKMA request
  • Manage small change requests and liaise with business & IT for UAT and health check upon release
  • Perform UAT and regression testing pre and post production
  • Live testing account registration and logistics for relevant product team to conduct health check upon system release, and to fulfil finance reconciliation and verification control by ensuring zero balance for these live testing accounts on monthly basis
  • Produce MI for transaction details as requested by 2LoD
  • Arrange “service not available” broadcast with CCB for IVRS when there is service downtime request from IT for system maintenance release
  • Coordinate and perform SRBP / GSOPS maintenance for half day trade according to market announcement
  • Conduct hot broker drill annually to fulfil HKMA requirement on service resilience, including coordination between WPB, CMB, Securities Operation and IT on drill approach and toggling process monitoring
  • Prepare and update procedural changes as requested by business teams or SEC and arrange for rollout to frontline platform
Requirements
  • Broad knowledge in Wealth products and risk management skills
  • Experience with PB and Wealth platform testing
  • Strong business mindset and self-driven character
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - able to connect well with team members and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
