The Opportunity:

Under CTO Data Technology - CTO Data Technology ASP, this role is responsible to support the covered ASP markets ,Responsible for designing and creating the data warehouse and all related extraction, transformation and load of data functions ，Designing and developing ETL processes for data warehouse .This would help drive data improvement and growth across Asia Pacific markets. This role will assist CTO Data Technology ASP to achieve the goals.

What you’ll do:

• Understand & implement Testing scope within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Carry out detailed requirements analysis, strategy and estimation.
• Work closely with another member in Scrum team. Co-ordinate with product owner/developer/quality manager/ onsite coordinator for issues resolution.
• Manager test resources and allocate tasks effectively, monitor and guide the team in task execution. Develop the capability of teammate and keep the team moral.
• Ensure that test environment and test data are well planned and set-up for test execution.
• Ensure that test product documentation is complete and updated.
• Responsible for defect management and defect prevention.
• Responsible for status reporting and test metrics reporting.
• Ensure tractability between requirements and test cases.
• Plan and adopt automated testing to reduce the effort on the execution of test/retest/regression.
• Contribute to Continuous Delivery, support team to improve the frequency of release.
• Responsible for adherence to relevant organizational processes.
• Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation plan.
• Participate in knowledge management activities.
• Participate to research in the new technical methodologies in testing and test automation.

• Strong leadership skill and experience, including the task and time management skill.
• Strong knowledge on latest data technologies on Hadoop and Public Cloud platforms (GCP & AWS)7 Includes at least CDC, Kafka, Spark (streaming and batch), Kinesis, Distributed stores (such as HBase, Hive, Presto) and file systems (such as S3/HDFS).
• Experience in building distributed / service oriented / micro services style and cloud based architectures.
• API design knowledge i7e7 REST and standards like JSON.
• Technical understanding of Databases and Messaging Queues (Specifically Kafka and Kinesis)
• Experience with scalable web services and databases.
• Implementation knowledge of NoSQL databases, including scaling and high availability.
• Relevant experience on streaming data and large data sets.
• Bonus Skills (Any of these is a plus): Push Notifications ¡V APNS & GCM; Design and architecture experience in AWS & GCP.
