The Opportunity:

Join our dynamic team as a Test Lead in the banking industry, where you will play a critical role in driving quality and efficiency across our software delivery lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the enhancement of automation coverage, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards required in the financial sector.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor the testing team to improve automation coverage and overall test effectiveness
• Define, implement, and maintain test strategies, plans, and processes for various projects
• Oversee and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams to ensure quality requirements are met
• Identify, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Continuously assess and enhance test automation frameworks and tools
• Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide regular status updates and quality metrics to stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 6 years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead role
• Proven experience in test automation and improving automation coverage
• Strong knowledge of test strategy definition, planning, and execution
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies
• Solid understanding of banking or financial services domain
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry
• ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus
