The Opportunity:

 We are now seeking a tech lead familiar with IT engineering and AI/LLM t to join our team to focus an AI related solution design, implementation and delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Solution Delivery: Accountable of the end-to-end AI applications, leveraging the AI platform and reusable service to buildup scale up solution for each project, including requirement communication, experimentation, development, and demonstration of AI solution results.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Design and develop AI solutions according to team-established standards and best practices.
• Problem Solving: Address challenges and roadblocks, offering solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the team's output meets established standards and aligns with project requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related fields.
• 8 years or more experience IT solution delivery, act as technical lead or architect.
• Expert in Agile SDLC methodology, familiar with Agile toolkits and Agile process. Five Years plus experience.
• Experience of people manger can drive engineering for end-to-end solution design and delivery
• 3 years or more experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks; familiarity with natural language processing and OCR technology is a plus
• Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM; experience of related applications such as prompt engineering, RAG, and agents is a plus.
• 5 years more Python/Java coding experience. Proficient in programming language and popular web frameworks. Familiar with Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English proficiency, willing to work with overseas teams.
