Digital Business Services (DBS) is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. DBS combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Credit Service Officer.

Principal Accountabilities:  

  • In this role, you are responsible for day-to-day operations in Credit Service (CS) process.
  • You are responsible to process the daily Documentation, Drawdowns, Limit Maintenance, Redemption, Redemption Statements and Valuation Request.
  • To ensure, timely replies and response to queries/requests from commercial banking relationship managers, branches, lawyers and valuers on matters relating to the above. 
  • To also ensure all approvals are done in accordance with laid down procedures as per VCA. To oversee the queries are acted upon and action is taken from time to time and within the SLA. 
  • Where required, you will be required to carry our maintenance in core banking system for the relevant maintenance.
    Carry our end of day checks to ensure controls are in place.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in any of the Arts, or Science disciplines.
  • With at least 5 years of working experience, gained from reputable organization is preferred.
  • A comprehensive understanding of operating procedure and proven experience of ensuring own/others; compliance with relevant regulatory processes.
  • Meticulous and have a good attention to details.
  • Driven to ensure success of the Bank.

Due to local laws and governance, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
