We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Customer Propositions – Short Term Assignment (STA)

Principal Accountabilities

  • The role is a part of the Customer & Marketing team responsible for the development and implementation of Premier and Non-Premier Proposition business strategies to increase customer base, improve cross-sell ratio, and revenue per customer.  This includes product-related and process-related projects, to help improve Premier and Non-Premier product offerings and customer journey.
  • To ensure the customer proposition processes/procedures/systems, features and benefits remain relevant, updated and compliant with internal and external regulations; implement enhancements where needed especially in relation to customer journeys 
  • Support Premier and Non-Premier Proposition BAU activities and support frontline and other business stakeholders accordingly

  • Able to build relationships and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Can work accurately and efficiently at pace
  • The role holder needs to work closely with cross-functional teams locally and globally, to come up with an improved product/proposition offering, with key focus on service enhancements and process streamlining.  
  • The role holder needs to lead the development of project plans/campaigns and support implementation of key Premier and Non-Premier initiatives, and oversee the implementation
  • The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the Premier and Non-Premier propositions, its products and its services; use of internal HSBC systems such as HUB and SFE would be an advantage
  • English language capabilities both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, filter information and prioritise multiple demands
