  • The teams who support Wholesale clients play an important role in supporting customers at different stages of their lifecycle with HSBC. Teams work closely with business partners and transformation colleagues to improve the efficiency of processes, in order to make banking faster and easier for customers, and simpler for colleagues. By doing this, the team helps reduce the total cost of operations and enhance the overall customer experience. 
  • We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Customer Service Executive - Wholesale Banking Operations, GSC

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained.
  • Ability to learn and implement the process updates or changes quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
  • Ability to multitask.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:

  • Graduate in commerce. Higher qualification not a bar provided aspirations are commensurate with the position.
  • 18 + months in current role (For existing HDPI employees)
  • Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Displays ownership and accountability while dealing with accounts and ensures the right outcome is achieved in the agreed timelines.
  • Quick learner and adapts easily to ever changing environment.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.

What additional skills will be good to have?

Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word
