Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Global Private Banking and Insurance.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

This replacement role is to support the maintenance and development of ATM and relevant customer self-service product to further enable the frontline capability.

•       Act as an product manager/owner for the digital product on ATM related channels.

•       Work closely with frontline team about their working process, business needs and management requirement.

•       Manage the full customer self-service product lifecycle to ensure that, over time, the needs of end users and stakeholders continue to be met and that the business initiatives are achieved.

•       Manage the data product to work efficiency, better collaborate with customer product and frontline product, to empower frontline.

•       Ensure the products and online journeys are performing as expected and look to drive optimisation based on data and insight.

•       Work closely with Technology & Transformation teams to ensure the Digital Product change agenda is delivered on time and in budget. Be hands-on and remove delivery blockers through appropriate action and escalation at junior and senior level.

•       Develops product variations to support frontline business and different management level.

•       Prioritizes product requirements and owns the product backlog, coordinating pilots, product launches, communications and training.

•       Establishes the requirements base-lines, obtains formal agreement to requirements, and ensures traceability to source in line with change management policy.

•       Keep up with trends and emerging business models, reimagining how to generate value to the business and to customers

•       Identify new global capabilities that can drive value in markets in support of Digital Product target outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

   Bachelor degree or above

   minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the domain of ATM

   Effective communication with strong inter-personal and influencing skills

   An independent worker who is detail oriented and self-motivated

   Excellent in written and spoken English
