Role Purpose

Support the business in a simple, customer focused way.  The Employer Employer Brand, Campaign & Content Lead is a strategic role, responsible for developing campaign and content strategies for global and local incentives building our Employer Brand proposition with priority talent segments and geographies. This role will closely interlock with the experience strategy lead to ensure we are delivering the right message, at the right time, in the right place, with the right segment.

Principal Accountabilities

Market Research and Insights

  • Responsible for partnering with the research and insights team to obtain competitive analysis, audience segmentation, and trend research to shape brand and marketing strategies.  
  • Accountable for bringing outside insights inhouse.  Staying informed on evolving industry developments, consumer behavior patterns, and emerging market demands.  
  • Responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and strategic decision-making.  
     

Strategic Planning and Proposition Development  

  • Accountable for developing robust, tailored marketing and campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and talent acquisition and retention goals.  
  • Accountable for leading comprehensive  discovery sessions to uncover key goals, audience personas, and unique challenges.  
  • Responsible for crafting data-driven strategies that integrate seamlessly with overarching brand initiatives while incorporating personalization where necessary.  

Campaign Planning and Execution  

  •  Accountable for partnering with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful campaigns.  
  •  Accountable for establishing clear content goals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and timely execution.  

Industry Trends and Innovations

  • Accountable for monitoring emerging industry trends, platforms, and best practices in content marketing and brand positioning.  
  • Responsible for introducing innovative tactics and tools to keep campaigns relevant, engaging, and competitive in dynamic markets.  

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management  

  • Accountable for fostering collaboration across marketing, brand, and communication teams to leverage synergies and drive unified efforts.  
  • Accountable for leading  performance marketing and social media practices, ensuring measurable ROI and exceptional user experiences across platforms.  

Business Value Creation and Case Development  

  • Responsible for serving as the key connector between campaign strategies, social impact, and measurable business outcomes.  
  • Accountable for analyzing challenges, opportunities, and required solutions to deliver impactful results aligned with business objectives.  
     

 

Requirements

Critical Skills, Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
 

Strategic and Analytical Skills  

 

  • Expertise in market research, marketing audience segmentation, and trend analysis.  

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and measurable strategies.  

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify innovative solutions.  
     

Campaign Development  

 

  • Proficiency in creating and managing end-to-end brand and marketing campaigns.  

  • Knowledge of performance marketing and social media practices with a focus on ROI.  
     

Industry and Trend Awareness 

 

  • Deep understanding of emerging industry trends, and talent needs, and best practices in marketing and branding.  

  • Ability to integrate innovative approaches to keep campaigns competitive and relevant.
