Fraud Operations is an integral part of Credit Control Services. The department deals with Fraud Detection, Prevention and Mitigation and constantly works towards combating financial fraud and protecting the Bank and our customers from losses. The team supports most of the global businesses across all regions of the group.
The Opportunity:
The role holder will have to manage diverse range of processes within Data and Analytics and Workforce management, Transformation Initiatives and projects, Engagement and Culture, Risk and Governance, implementation of GSC local policies and procedures, and Overall support to day to day for Fraud Operations in a 24/7 environment. Role Holder will also manage complex processes in a changing environment, evaluating operational impacts and manage change implementation.
What you’ll do:
Manager takes responsibility and plays a critical role in ensuring that Fraud Operations’ daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Primary focus is on optimizing operational processes, managing resources, identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs, lead and coordinate projects and initiatives, generate and analyze performance reports and KPIs, provide insights and recommendations to senior management, and use data to inform strategic decisions.

- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Data and Analytics Management
- Realtime Workforce Management (Desirable)
- Knowledge & experience in Fraud Operations (Desirable)
- Experience in a customer contact environment (Desirable).
- Operates effectively across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments
- Past experience of managing remote teams (Desirable)
- Strong communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to flex and adapt rapidly and find creative solutions
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Resourceful - ability to leverage resources available to achieve goal
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across grades, understand their expectations and negotiate in situations of conflicting interests in a positive manner
