Your career opportunity
We are transforming the Core Banking Landscape across the Globe. As part of this, we are rebuilding the Core Banking Applications and making sure we have the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. As an Agile Lead, you’ll be embedded in a team responsible to deliver outcomes end-to-end.
What you’ll do
- Work as a facilitator of a development team, which works to deliver regulatory and discretionary projects to colleagues around the world.
- Deliver small local requirements as well as major strategic projects for entire regions and all business lines.
- Promote the agile culture in a strongly regulated industry, so it’s expected from you to challenge the way things are done whilst following the current rules accurately.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile lead of multiple teams
- Good working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Fluent English (Majority of our teams are from India and UK)
- PSM I or CSM certification
- Previous experience in agile and scrum methodologies
- Experience in working with diverse teams and cultures
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management in IT company and strong risk management skills
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 15,775 PLN - 23,658 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
