Your career opportunity
You’ll support Third Party Business Continuity Management (BCM) and exit planning activities by shaping business needs into clear, deliverable requirements. Working across Risk, Operations, Technology and Product, you’ll use process and continuous improvement skills to help design practical, measurable solutions that strengthen operational resilience and third-party risk management outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Partner with workstream leads and SMEs to clarify business problems, outcomes, scope and success measures for Third Party BCM and exit planning.
- Identify, map and manage stakeholders; plan and facilitate workshops to capture requirements and decisions.
- Produce high-quality analysis artefacts, including problem statements, scope definitions, RAID inputs and workshop outputs.
- Document as-is processes and controls, identify pain points, and quantify impacts where possible.
- Design to-be processes and operating model changes, applying continuous improvement techniques (e.g., lean, root cause analysis).
- Translate needs into structured requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements catalogue) that delivery teams can implement.
- Define and support metrics/KPIs and reporting requirements to evidence control effectiveness and resilience outcomes.
- Support change delivery through traceability, prioritization, dependency mapping, and alignment across Technology, Operations and Risk.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Proven Business Analysis experience delivering process change and requirements in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong process design and continuous improvement capability (as-is/to-be mapping, control mapping, optimization).
- Experience or strong working knowledge of third-party risk management, BCM/BCIM (Business Continuity and Incident Management), and/or operational resilience concepts.
- Ability to create clear, testable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) and maintain end-to-end traceability.
- Confident facilitation skills: running workshops, handling differing viewpoints, and driving decisions without drama.
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions (Risk, Ops, Tech, Product) with clear, concise communication.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to define meaningful measures (KPIs/KRIs), baselines and benefits tracking.
- High attention to detail, strong documentation standards, and the judgement to balance pace with risk and control needs.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 15,100 PLN - 22,650 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
