The Opportunity:
- Stakeholder Management with primary focus on Mortgage lines of business.
- Ability to work and adhere to the governance framework of the GSC ranging from OOE/HR admin/GORR requisitions/BCP/BIA/Helios.
- To undertake the daily operation of the departmental processes within the department to agreed levels of accuracy and efficiency, whilst providing a high level of quality customer service.
- To be a point of reference for the department processes when faced with customer of internal queries. To liaise with work colleagues in the GR sites as well as colleagues throughout mortgages when needed.
- To ensure that all processes within their control are completed in accordance with audit requirements and within agreed service levels.
- Assist Technical/Management to ensure the team upholds the banks behaviors whilst providing a high quality customer service.
What you’ll do:
- To ensure efficiencies, productivity and quality are in line with the banks standards.
- To ensure regulatory implementations and Bank initiatives are introduced efficiently and with minimal impact to the Operational areas.
- To pro-actively support the management of potential losses.
- To ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as part of an organisation maintaining Global Standards and FCA guidelines at all times

What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Background in Disputes or Fraud Processing..
- High proficiency on Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Conscientious with strict attention to detail.
- Ability to converse with professionals such as Lawyers/Solicitors.
- Ability to manage own workload by working efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of banking terms such as Drawdowns/Disbursement/etc.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently with broad general guidance against a framework of defined business objectives.
- Responds promptly to stakeholder inquiries.
- Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to multi-task and keep initiatives on track simultaneously.
- Supports the implementation and evaluation of risk management policies, processes and procedures.
- Takes ownership and accountability on issues and works to find a solution.
- Performs other duties as assigned or apparent.
