Your career opportunity
Wholesale Client Services is responsible for global client activation as a new client to the bank, due diligence, and relationship servicing for HSBC clients. It is an essential department, complimenting Relationship Management to provide full-service support through the full client lifecycle.
Wholesale Client service takes full account of cost, customer service, control and regulatory requirements to oversee delivery of high quality due-diligence and client service.
It aims for process excellence across each function (due-diligence, Client Documentation Negotiation, KYC and Client Data) delivering an integrated global service to client.
This role is to support the European complex on-boarding business.
Acting as a single point of contact, you will be responsible for introducing new customers to become active clients of the bank as well as enabling selected range of products for existing customers.
What you’ll do
- End to End management and coordination of a customer activation journey
- Being the operational point of contact for Clients for all process requirements
- Support for Customers and Relationship Managers, as well as internal teams in the existing to bank space
- Understanding clients’ needs and fitting them into internal rules, local and international regulations
- Managing pipeline of customer requests and making sure they are processed according to all internal and customer deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong network outside own function to support customer needs
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Proven experience of excellent Customer service, proactively looking for innovative ways to improve service delivered to Customers
- Pro-active and business orientated with ability to prioritize and manage conflicting requests
- Showing resilience to work under pressure
- Communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively with customers and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in banking / finance / economics / similar field
- Strong interpersonal skills with highly developed capacity to influence others
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
- Excellent command of German (verbal and written)
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 9225 PLN - 11500 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
