Your career opportunity
As Credit Services Manager you will be the part of Transaction Services within Credit and Capital Management Value Stream responsible for credit services and collateral management across Corporate & Institutional Banking for European markets.

What you’ll do
Lead the team of International Corporate Credit Services Specialists and Senior Specialists supporting French customer’s end to end credit journey.
Champion service excellence - deliver exceptional customer experience by guiding teams to meet SLAs and maintain high quality standards.  
Manage escalations, complaints and service feedback queries towards maintaining service excellence.
Enhance operational efficiency - aim for increased productivity to optimize service performance.
Proactively address risks - oversee risk management and drive a strong risk awareness culture, ensuring prompt identification and escalation of issues.
Ensure compliance with local regulations / policies, procedures and timely support in audit reviews.
Promote personal and team development - support team skill growth and ensure fungibility by cross training team members.
Encourage collaboration - foster an environment that values team’s input and supports collaboration across departments.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
Strong communication and leadership skillset including proactivity and maturity in taken actions. Very good level of English and French (min. C1 both oral and written).
Strong organization and planning skills along with the ability to handle capacity and MI reporting.
Demonstrate highly customer centric approach and strong business acumen. 
Evidence of process management skills with an ability to initiate process improvements.  
•       Ability to challenge the status quo and drive change, through proactive engagement of all stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skillset including strong decision-making and influential skills.
Experience of working with senior stakeholders.
Experience in credit risk, loan origination, lending technology projects.

What we offer

The pay range for this role is 10 160 PLN - 15 250 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
