What you’ll do
• Represent HBUK in our Krakow centre, promoting our culture and values.• Lead facility enhancements and manage the site’s P&L, ensuring high standards and sustainable growth.• Take accountability for delivery, working closely with both your Krakow team and UK stakeholders across Value Streams.• Collaborate with Agile Delivery Leads and Centres of Excellence to uplift capability and deliver key results for the UK business.• Have individual responsibility for delivering projects of high complexity and scale from project definition to closure.• Work closely with the Global Transformation Centre in IWPB and CIB, partnering and driving best practices across all teams.• Manage operational risks and uphold compliance, navigating complex challenges confidently.• Engage with senior stakeholders to enhance customer experience and contribute to shareholder value.• Champion talent development and diversity, supporting a positive team culture during change.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.• Strategic thinking and proven decision-making ability.• Experience in managing complex projects and delivering successful outcomes.• Collaborative leadership style, inspiring and motivating teams.• Relevant experience on complex projects across countries or regions.• Ability to challenge and provide alternative solutions, and put forward recommendations / take decisions based on the information available.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 21142 PLN - 31708 PLN (monthly, gross).
Additional car allowance in the amount of 4786 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
