Your career opportunity
As a Delivery Lead you will be responsible for the strategic and hands-on execution of projects and programs, focusing on removing roadblocks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality, and coaching teams to foster continuous improvement and high performance. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, risk and dependency management, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and driving an agile and collaborative team environment. This role requires a blend of project management skills, agile mastery, and strategic product understanding.
What you’ll do
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects or initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
- Act as a servant leader and coach for delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, autonomy, and high performance.
- Proactively identify and remove organizational and technical blockers, risks, and issues to ensure smooth progress for the team.
- Oversee day-to-day agile management activities, ensure consistency in agile ceremonies, and drive a culture of skills growth.
- Translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans, ensuring alignment between project delivery and corporate goals.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies that could impact delivery timelines or quality.
- Play a key role in resource allocation, ensuring teams have the appropriately skilled individuals to meet objectives.
- Act as a key point of contact, manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure clear communication regarding project status and progress and track and report on project metrics such as budget, schedule, and quality, ensuring effective control and governance.
