Your career opportunity
This GCB5 role leads the engagement and communications agenda for the Poland Technology Centre, shaping how we connect colleagues to our strategy, culture and outcomes. You’ll define and deliver an integrated plan spanning engagement, employer value proposition (EVP), internal and external events, and multi-channel communications—modernising delivery through responsible AI-assisted communication approaches.
Although you won’t have direct reports, you’ll operate with significant influence across a matrix: partnering with senior leaders, Technology Functions, HR, Recruitment, Legal, Procurement and global engagement, communication and branding teams to bring the GCIO pillars to life locally, strengthen our talent brand, and help the centre deliver at pace. A key part of the role is also planning and driving visits of internal stakeholders to the Poland Technology Centre, ensuring these engagements create meaningful outcomes for both visiting leaders and local teams. This role is hybrid, minimum of 6 days per month in our office in Krakow.
What you’ll do
- Own the Technology Centre engagement strategy and annual plan (audiences, objectives, channel mix, cadence, measurement).
- Advise senior leaders on engagement moments (strategy updates, change, delivery milestones), providing narratives, talking points and Q&A materials.
- Build two-way engagement mechanisms, translate insights into actions, and track impact.
- Establish clear KPIs (reach, participation, sentiment, action completion) and communicate progress transparently.
- Develop and maintain a distinctive EVP for the Poland Technology Centre in partnership with HR, Recruitment and Technology leadership.
- Translate EVP into consistent messaging across key touchpoints: recruitment campaigns, onboarding, colleague storytelling, leadership comms and external presence.
