Global Trade Solutions Department (GTS) is where HSBC began in 1865, when we financed commerce between Europe, North America and Asia.
Today, HSBC is the leading international trade bank and GTS sits as part of Commercial Banking. We support customers’ right through the trade cycle, from raw materials – to manufacturing and shipment - to discounting and collecting invoices. We do this by working with Commercial Banking and Global Banking relationship managers, providing solutions appropriate for the customers' need. 
The jobholder will work in Global Trade Solutions Services centre, being a part of Wholesale Operations department and cooperate with other areas of the Bank to ensure successful execution of their goals.

What you’ll do
Work in GTS centre supporting HSBC Factoring clients and transactions 
By ensuring that all Factoring (Receivables Finance) and Invoice Discounting transactions are processing in a controlled, effective manner and that all controls are always strictly enforced. 
Providing phone and email communication with the clients and buyers
Monitoring of unpaid factoring invoices by the buyers
Carrying out activities aimed at reduction of the unpaid invoices
Allocation of the incoming payments with factoring invoices
Monitoring, utilizing of factoring credit lines by confirming with customers balances of the factoring invoices, reconciliation of those balances, maintaining additional controls regarding part of the invoices, maintenance of the invoices in the factoring system
Creating and managing itself high level relationship with Invoice Finance and Business Development Managers 
Complete assigned tasks in the established timeframe as per process targets
Ensure that the productivity and quality levels are achieved as per the Service Level Agreements

What you need to succeed in this role
At least 1 year of experience in servicing of the Factoring/Banking products/ Receivables Finance/ OTC
French language desired
Experience in Customer Service 
Certified Documentary Credit Specialist or Certified Specialist Demand Guaranties qualification will an added advantage 
Knowledge of banking products
Very Good English skills
Self-motivated work attitude which will allow working independently on job position 
Very good communicative skills
Strong analytical skills, attention to details
