Payroll & People Admin team is responsible in managing and processing employee’s compensation and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payment in compliance with company practice and labor standards. The group also involves in providing support to all stakeholders, ensuring that all request from internal customer is addressed accurately, promptly, and effectively. It also includes processing various requests from different facets of HR.


The Opportunity:

The role will report to the HR People Services-Payroll Offshore Process, Payroll Lead. The purpose of the role is to provide high quality administrative and operational service to all their stakeholders that are relative to their HR functions. He/she will provide administrative support in formulating and monitoring the effectiveness of the HR Systems, policies and procedures as well as regulatory compliance.


What you’ll do:
  • Effectively administer HR Tools related to their function
  • Ensure that HR transactions are submitted on time by the different departments and reports noncompliance of any HR policy or procedure
  • Provide support to all stakeholders and process requests in different facets of HR
  • Ensure that all requests made by the customers are accurately and timely responded and or resolved.
  • Collate and or research necessary data for a particular task, project or report as well as analyze such information
  • Ensure data integrity at all times in maintaining the HR database systems and confidentiality of information
  • Update related database systems in Human Resources in order to align to other interface systems such as but not limited to LMS, IT Systems, Group Directory, time and attendance systems and etc.
  • Coordinates with other functional areas in HR in gathering pertinent data.

What you will need to succeed in the role:
  • Wide knowledge of general HR administration policies and procedures.
  • Has experience in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Have undertaken at least two roles in an HR operational or processing environment
  • Proficiency and fluency in both oral and written English as well as to diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and staff
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages.
  • Confidence in dealing with problems presented by all senior management levels
  • Resourceful, analytical, and a strategic thinker
  • Highly adaptable to culturally diverse working environments
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately against tight deadlines with high level attention to detail
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and always ensuring a professional manner
  • Ability to work independently at times
  • Desire to learn and become a part of a dynamic team


What additional skills will be good to have?
  • Preferably a graduate of any Bachelor of Science or related HR course
  • Preferably with HR and Payroll Background
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Highly adaptable to culturally diverse working environments
