The role of the ‘System Implementation Manager” will participate mainly in Receivables Finance business activities. The administration tasks may be located in a variety of areas of HSBC, they may be located in IT/ Transformation projects or specialist teams as well as in established BAU teams. These may be in teams or departments carrying out specialist work where the role holder is expected to have low level expertise in the field but will not be required to be a specialist in the field or be a subject matter expert. The job may support a team or a single person.

What you’ll do
- Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Access Management – RF systems administration
- Regional Receivables Finance SME – point of contact for regional RF team in case of any technical IFAI/HRD/OnDemand/TCI bugs or changes
- Document management - disseminating information, drafting presentations, file and document management
- Data processing and testing - data entry, basic data analysis and testing due to new IT releases
- Assisting with the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business or geographic area aims
- Support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planning
- Uphold the HSBC value of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’
What you need to have to succeed in this role
Must have:
- Knowledge of Receivables Finance or other GTS products (2+ years of experience)
- Knowledge of CIB and GTS strategy.
- Good knowledge of GTS core systems e.g. IFAI, OnDemand
Good to have:
- Receivables Finance experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good understanding of the international business trade cycle and the business processes involved when importing and exporting
- Good change focus and ability to manage change
- Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to cope with pressure in a dynamic, fast growing and moving environment
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities at the same time
- Basic Project management understanding
- Understanding in system testing and/or implementations
- Understanding in defect management in production and/or development
- Proficiency in French
