The Data Management & DOCO Team processes account opening and closing requests in line with current ML regulations and FCA requirements. Ensure accounts are opened and closed correctly and in a timely manner. Process static data amendments for all systems. Ensure static data changes are compliant with audit requirements. Monitor daily control reports. Assist with Front Office and client queries raised via team email in-box and telephone. Process online banking applications, action fraud, dormant and unclaimed reports, and cheque book requests within set deadlines. Compile, maintain MI and measure KPIs.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency for all processes undertaken within the Data Management & DOCO team.
- Actively review Desk Instructions/Procedures to assist daily duties making sure they are always up to-date.
- Provide required training to each employee and ensure people are well motivated to perform their day-to-day tasks and progress within the organization. Establish trustful relationship based on honest and open two ways communication.
- Maintain a working environment adapted to employees needs ensuring a safe and functional environment in compliance with corporate rules
- Practical approach to problem solving. Demonstrate an understanding of F.I.M requirements, local business procedures and Audit recommendations.
- Ensure team MI maintained & completed daily
- Good working relationships with both colleagues Offshore and Onshore.
- Have a positive approach to change, training and development.
