The HINV Strategic Transformation and Change Team turns strategic ambition into delivery. Combining our expertise with HSBC knowledge and network, we work hand in hand with partners to make that happen. Guided by our strategic priorities and delivered through an agile way of working, the team drives the evolution of the organisation, enabling growth and scaling, strengthening risk management, and ensuring we meet our objectives. Our scope spans both Change-the-Bank (CTB) and Run-the-Bank (RTB) change, including shaping and managing the investment plan across strategic, business, product (inc. digital), and regulatory and other investments; running pragmatic governance and issue management to keep delivery on track; and building strong business analysis, delivery management and testing disciplines to deliver new client capabilities at pace while improving internal processes.

What you’ll do
    • Put into action HSBC Change Framework and other Global Transformation frameworks within the Portfolio.
    • Close cooperation with Portfolio Managers, Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviours.
    • Promote and take accountability for portfolio quality.
    • Identify and share the resource requirements of the portfolio,
    • Plan and optimise the plan effectively to maximise benefits and minimise risk.
    • Proactively monitor portfolio execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the yearly lifecycle.
    • Collaborate and build positive stakeholder and business partner relationships.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
    • Knowledge of Change Framework Standards and HSBC change tools (e.g. Jira, Clarity, Confluence).
    • Banking industry knowledge.
    • Self-driven and proactive.
    • Fluent English, ability to speak other European languages is an advantage.
    • Excellent decision making and problem solving ability, ability to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure.
    • Experienced in project tracking, reporting and governance.
    • Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools.
    • Proven portfolio/project management qualification (MoP, PMP, MSP) is an advantage.

What we offer
The pay range for this role is 15109 PLN - 19000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
