As a market maker in FX derivatives, we offer clients a full suite of over the counter, bespoke, and exchange-based solutions. Our FX Options team operates across a global network, with professionals based in the United Kingdom, Poland, Canada, Hong Kong, and Guangzhou. Collaboration across multiple time zones is standard practice, with all teams sharing expertise to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients. English is the primary language of communication, ensuring seamless interaction across regions.
Within the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, our focus is on enhancing engineering practices and developing tools that empower our teams. As an IT specialist, you will be expected to identify and implement innovative solutions.

What you’ll do
- Lead the Production Support Service team in FX Options.
- Drive compliance for Risk & Controls.
- Coordinate with broader Markets IT to align RTB (Run the Bank) activity and associated KPIs.
- Manage audit and compliance topics with functional pods.
- Define best practices for production management in collaboration with development leads.
- Oversee the team’s tooling applications and foster a collaborative environment with other pod leads.
- Support and deploy systems using best practices across FXO teams.
- Work closely with business stakeholders in London, Hong Kong, New York, and other centres, coordinating globally to ensure production stability and project delivery.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Proven team lead experience.
- Familiarity with PSM (Production Support Model) and/or SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) working practices.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).
- At least 5 years’ experience in a technology development or support environment.
- Proficiency in frameworks and tools such as Spring, Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience with Linux (Bash or Korn shell scripting) and Windows scripting.
- Excellent troubleshooting, reasoning, and analytical abilities with clear problem articulation.
- Effective communicator, fluent in written and spoken English.
Nice to have
- Experience working on projects within the banking industry.
- Understanding of roles and responsibilities across Front Office, Product Control, Operations, and Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Knowledge of exchange traded instruments.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 20 000 PLN – 25 000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
