Your career opportunity
We are looking for a skilled and proac1ve Scrum Master / Agile Lead to join our team in Kraków. In this role, you will be responsible for facilita1ng Agile prac1ces, ensuring smooth project delivery, and driving con1nuous improvement across mul1ple projects. You will work closely with cross-func1onal teams, including developers, product owners, architects, and stakeholders, to align business and technical goals and deliver high-quality results.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure backlog is well-maintained and user stories are properly defined and meet quality standards.
- Promote open communication and early issue-raising through effective stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with development teams, tech leads, and product owners to ensure alignment between business and IT.
- Identify and resolve delivery blockers early to support consistent sprint progress and on-time delivery.
- Address KTLO and security-related issues by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Use Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to monitor performance and drive improvement.
- Maintain clear tracking and transparency using Jira, providing stakeholders with real-time visibility
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve delivery challenges in a collaborative, proactive manner.
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-team environments.
- Familiarity with KTLO management and addressing security-related requirements is a plus.
- Experience in managing the delivery of mobile applications (iOS/Android) – from development to prod release.
