HSBC’s end-to-end Securities Services: make it easier for our customers to navigate today’s international financial markets. From Krakow, we support the entire securities life cycle on every single step.
What you’ll do
- Support production teams with the highest level of expertise knowledge daily. Be an expert in assigned tasks and processes.
- Actively support the department’s strategic projects through involvement in cross-training and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure efficient communications with Business Partner and other stakeholders.
- Provide high quality services to customers, providing process training and coaching aimed at proper knowledge-level maintenance.
- Analyze KPIs and performance reports received from BP.
- Perform complex control checks and quality control for the Team- providing quality workshops and quality coaching.
- Constant process monitoring and identifying improvement opportunities
- Represent the Department to a broader audience.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- At least 3 years of professional experience working in Securities Operations.
- Excellent English language skills (C1),
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Documented experience supporting multiple teams within Securities Operations effectively.
- Flexibility in adapting to shifting priorities and organizational changes, readiness to assist colleagues across different areas.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage several applications, strong investigative and analytical skills with proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Pro-active and business orientated approach with proven ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands and ability to assess stakeholder needs to improve customer experience and showing resilience under pressure and providing best in class solutions.
- Excellent work organization skills and flexibility in working hours, ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 8784 PLN - 10000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
