ODS is a suite of microservices that apply policy compliant business logic to webforms used to perform CRUD operations on customer data.
NTB use cases involve the generating forms, seeded with data from registry sources, to present to customers for new customer or new account creation business processes. The data is then sent to the systems of record through APIs without the need for rekeying.
ETB use cases involve presenting KYC forms to the existing customer using the latest data set from either the system of record, the last review or a more up to date external registry. The decision on which data set to use can be controlled by Ops staff as part of the Periodic and Event driven Review Checklist (PERC). Again, APIs are used to minimize manual input from Ops staff.
What you’ll do
- Coding: Analyse and develop code as per specifications using Java with Spring Boot on Google Cloud Platform hosted environments.
- Reviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test results.
- Supporting the pods with design issues, bugs and post development queries.
- Participate in Feasibility Studies and Requirement analysis.
- Planning and Analysis.
- Design and Construction.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Strong Java 11+ knowledge.
- Relevant solid senior/lead working experience in Spring Boot, Mongo, RESTful API, SOAP, RAML, Core Java, Cloud HUB, Jenkins, JavaScript.
- Must have hands on experience into end-to-end impact analysis, creating high- and low-level design.
- Be able to write sensible tests to verify functionalities and endpoints, debug the existing code, extend the functionality and/or fix issues if any.
- Understanding of micro service architecture and ability to write REST APIs.
- A proactive approach to ensuring and maintaining Security around functionalities / services / endpoints.
- Good knowledge of database schema design.
- Good Analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to take complete ownership of assigned tasks, be accountable and committed.
