Third-Party Risk Management (“TPRM”) is a first line global function responsible for developing the tools and processes to enable the Bank to be compliant with the Group Third Party Risk Policy and relevant regulatory expectations. The TPRM office is accountable to ensure compliance to Group’s Third-Party Risk Management framework and all applicable regional regulatory standards e.g. The Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Completing proper monitoring on TPRM related metrics, risks and controls is required to make sure we are aligned with new and evolving internal (policy) and external (regulatory) requirements, governance to ensure processes are embedded and operating effectively, and monitoring of the regulatory landscape and mitigating the risk posed to HSBC from the Third-Party landscape.
What you’ll do
- Third Party Support Officer will provide direct support to other team members and for Business and Functions who operate via respective Legal Entities which are in scope of team’s support.
- The role holder may work with wider TPRM/BRR teams (globally, regionally or locally) to Support ad-hoc programs and various processes within TPM depending on current capacity needs within the team.
- The role holder may lead or be involved in remediation activities to enable TPRM compliance.
- Gain knowledge on SOP and TPRM guidance’s to guide stakeholders through actions required in TPRM process and engagement lifecycle.
- Make sure that all tasks are completed with proper attention to detail and due diligence required.
- Proactively identifying process weaknesses in any aspect of the process and ensuring appropriate actions are put in place to rectify.
- Understand impact of regulatory and policy changes and how they impact BAU (Business as Usual) and operating model.
- The role holder will report to line manager all issues that would impact expected deliverables and will work with assigned stakeholders including team members on solution design and implementation.
What you need to have to succeed in this role
- Third Party Risk Management experience is desired but not essential.
- Experience of Data handling, MI and Reporting and Excel is required.
- Experience in target driven operating environment is desired.
- Analytical skills and proper work prioritization is essential.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of building effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same.
What we offer
The pay range for this role is 10167 PLN - 14000 PLN (monthly, gross).
Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
