We’re seeking a dynamic professional practices expert to join our Global Risk Analytics team. This role is designed for an experienced professional with a diverse skill set to support a multidisciplinary role, capable of supporting governance, regulatory management, workforce management and tooling initiatives. You’ll work across multiple areas, being able to learn while contributing to deliveries and play a key part in implementing regulatory standards, driving process improvements, and supporting system enhancements. What you’ll do
The area of work is extensive, and the description of potential responsibilities is the following:
Governance & Regulatory Management:
o Lead and support the remediation and implementation of regulatory standards across wholesale credit risk analytics models.
o Collaborate with model owners, business, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective governance.
o Prepare and communicate progress reports, adapting content for different audiences and levels of seniority.
o Produce and update documentation required for regulatory and internal reviews.
Workforce Management & Stakeholder Engagement:
o Support workforce management reporting and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
o Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and working groups to build knowledge and foster collaboration.
o Build strong relationships across teams, promoting a culture of shared responsibility and continuous improvement.
Tooling & Process Improvement:
o Leverage technology and automation to enhance processes and solve problems.
o Support system implementation and run procedures, adapting to individual and team skillsets.
o Identify and drive innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.
o Hands-on coding or automation experience will lead to contribution to process improvement and tooling initiatives.
o Define specs for system development and improvements as well as testing solutions (UAT).
Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work with international and multicultural teams, adapting to local regulatory and business requirements.
o Provide guidance and support to colleagues, model owners, and other stakeholders.

What you need to have to succeed in this role
Significant relevant experience in banking, risk analytics, consultancy, or advisory roles.
University degree in a quantitative, technical, economics, or business field (other degrees considered with relevant experience).
Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and model lifecycle processes.
Proven ability to deliver complex projects within agreed timescales, managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to prepare clear presentations, documents, and training materials.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to write clear and understandable documents.
Open, collaborative personality; comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams.
Experience with system implementation, governance procedures, and process automation is a plus.
Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills as needed.
Candidates may be asked to demonstrate their approach to problem-solving or process improvement as part of the selection process.
Expertise in dealing with data and intermediate coding (preferably in Python) will be considered a differential.

The pay range for this role is 23,300 PLN - 34,950 PLN (monthly, gross).

Additional car allowance in the amount of 4,620 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
