-The Job holder is responsible for the management of the operations of the Bank's critical core banking products/services such as Foreign Trade, Payment and Cash Management Operations.

-The Job holder is responsible for carrying out all the above-mentioned activities, especially Foreign Trade, FX Payments and Cash Management operations, properly, efficiently, in accordance with international rules and legal regulations and by making maximum use of the possibilities of technology.

-The role is ensured by compliance with international and local regulatory regulations, Operations&GTRF&Payments FIM, Internal Control and Group Compliance Policies. While fulfilling the responsibilities of the role holder, it is expected that he/she will successfully guide his/her team aiming to fulfill the requirements of the job. This includes monitoring the accuracy and efficiency of workflows, making the best use of resources to ensure customer service is provided in compliance with rules and regulations, and developing and keeping team members motivated.

-It works closely with business lines and other stakeholders to make operational activities more effective and efficient and to improve customer experience. Having control over its area of responsibility, it constantly monitors and establishes key controls that will reduce risks, effectively designs and improves them, and ensures that these controls work effectively. allows monitoring.

• 4 years University Degree
• Advanced level of English
• Knowledge and understanding of Compliance Issues
• Extensive and detailed know-how of the Turkish finance environment
• Extensive product knowledge covering capital and money market instruments and current product development trends in the Turkish market
• Extensive knowledge of processing and HSBC Group procedures for processing for the entire product range covered
• Extensive and detailed know-how of the HSBC operating and control structure
• Knowledge of MS Office
• At least 10 years prior bank experience from a variety of roles of which at least 5 years in Operations
• At least 5 years management experience in a similar position
