We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Head of Change Adoption - Digital Platform.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Work with digital platforms leadership to establish standards and common ways of working across the Digital Platforms estate in relation to change adoption. This includes the development of change frameworks, strategies and re-usable assets
- Lead a small team of global change experts to set the overall strategy for sustainable change delivery, market and stakeholder engagement as part of each major change initiation (e.g. Security as a Platform, DSP 3.0, North Star scaling engine) and on an ongoing basis and work with market and GTC teams to ensure delivery of change adoption activity is sufficiently resourced locally
- Maintain an overall view of change as related to digital platforms, identifying congestion risk and implementing plans and controls accordingly
- Ensure re-usable assets are created that expedite delivery of change and drive a higher consideration for digital platforms change adoption brand
- Establish and run a programme of QA activity across all Digital Platforms Change Adoption engagement to ensure standards are met and lessons learned from previous engagements applied
- Provide burst capacity to complex digital platforms change either through front end engagement to ensure teams are set up for success of through delivery of change adoption services where additional and/or more senior capacity is required
- Establish a sense of community and belonging across the Digital Platforms team through development and active management of an internal engagement strategy
- Represent Digital Platforms change adoption at senior forums and decision-making committees as required
To be successful you will need
- Proven leadership capability both of direct team and of a matrixed group of global stakeholders - a recognised and respected coach in an organisational context who can balance business goals and the personal development of the teams they are working with
- Proven capability in defining, refining or remediating change frameworks at a global or regional level
- Experience of working across multiple markets and regions to deliver a change agenda that is globally consistent yet locally tailored
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence
- Subject Matter Expertise of digital channels, including technical, marketplace and customer consideration as well as in change management (PROSCI, CMI or similar qualification preferred)
- Strong commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business ensuring that robust GTM plans are in place and benefits are realised from digital investment
- Pragmatic decision-making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understand the implications - ability to take a portfolio view and effectively manage multiple global and local deliveries whilst ensuring each project runs effectively.
- Experience working in an internal or external consultancy role with a clear view on change adoption best practice and how to apply this to Digital Platforms
