 Role Holder’ Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the corporate banking business within the assigned region, driving business growth, revenue generation and long-term client relationship development.
• Define and implement business plans that align with bank’s overall strategy, with clear objectives on profitability, risk management, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and inspire the team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with the bank’s values and business objectives.
• Facilitate cross border/cross business/cross function collaboration to deliver integrated banking solutions and enhance client experience.
• Oversee portfolio quality and credit risk governance, ensuring robust risk assessment frameworks and effective controls are in place in line with regulatory and internal standards.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics or a related discipline, MBA or relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CFA) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, with a strong track record in client relationship management, credit and business development.
• Strong market awareness and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate client needs and respond to market dynamics effectively.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to drive cross-border collaboration and deliver results under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
