We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an International Propositions Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Design, develop and distribute monthly NRC performance reports on customer acquisition and operational metrics pertaining to customer engagement and deepening. Automate data extraction processes and resolve any data-related issues
  • Support the production of holistic business performance reporting, covering both financial and non-financial metrics. Manage ad-hoc data requests from senior stakeholders as needed
  • Act as a key liaison with the Data & Analytics team to define metrics, document data definitions and calculations
  • Implement business risk management frameworks, communicate and maintain risk-related policies and regulatory controls aligned with Bank requirements Conduct regular risk. assessments and ensure timely closure of required actions; monitor key controls elements related to international business, coordinate remediation actions, and prepare escalation for senior leadership
  • Establish and maintain reporting standards and version control for NRC/International performance to ensure data integrity.
    Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning with relevant data and models. Perform deep-dive analysis to identify development gaps and growth potential, thereby supporting the team in enhancing productivity and maximising growth potential
  • Liaise and work in collaboration with various key stakeholders including Propositions, Marketing, Risk, Legal and Compliance, Expat team, and other corridor representatives to ensure business growth is delivered in line with the Group strategic direction
Requirements

To be successful you will:

  • University graduate with business studies related discipline with solid experience in banking or product management
  • Solid experience in Business Management or Data Analytics.  Prior experience in Risk & Control will be plus
  • Strong business acumen and personal drive (can work independently and proactively)
  • Strong project management skills in supporting the development and implementation of initiatives and possess the ability to solve problems promptly and effectively
  • Great team player and results oriented with a high-performance standard
  • Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Strong numerical ability, analytical and PowerPoint presentation skills
