The Opportunity:

This APM and BM role holders work in projects of a variety of sizes, which are single or multiple work stream, have country or global dimension, and be of both narrow and broad scope. The principal accountability of the role is to manage the delivery office of a project / programme / initiative or value stream carrying out monitoring, governance and reporting activities.

What you’ll do:

• Manage Costs and Resources, including supporting FRP, regular monitoring and reporting, cost control and analysis, as well as coordination of local requests to support business growth.
• Support business performance management, including reporting to department and Country management to understand the business performance.
• Lead business management activities including set up and maintenance of relevant policies and governance forums.
• Lead office admin work including management of CS service, facility management, and etc.
• Actively build effective working relationships and networks across business and supporting functions
• Support ad hoc tasks or projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance or other related field preferred.
• Strong managerial, analytical, communications, lateral thinking, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analysis and problem solving capabilities
• Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills

What additional skills will be good to have? 
Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial/analytical reasoning
