AMH Service Support team is providing production management support to HK Branch & AMH CCB.

 

The Opportunity:  

  • Provide ongoing supports to departments and branch networks' in their daily operations.
  • Support Authorised Signature maintenance process to meet all SLT and Regulatory requirement.
  • Assist in updating procedure manuals and new procedure manual launch according to the user’s requirement, realizing documentation control centre.

 

What you’ll do:     

  • Provide consultancy on responsible processes as Subject Matter Expert.
  • Ensure provision of most cost effective processing services.
  • Identifying and resolving problem situations proactively to give maximum customer satisfaction and escalated where necessary. Appropriate measures are taken to improve quality and prevent recurrence.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationship with business area.
  • Driving and managing change to achieve business goals effectively (e.g. process improvements/changes in procedures).
  • Driving staff development through soft skill training, personal development plans and performance management reviews.
  • Full adherence to operational control and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

What you will need to succeed in the role:       

  • Strong analysis power, supervisory skill and people management skill.
  • General Banking experience in one or more of the following departments: Personal Banking / Credit Operations / Trade Service Operations / administration management / understanding of regulatory requirement governing banking industry.
  • Strong sense of alertness.
  • Highly motivated with a positive and proactive attitude and able to work under pressure.
  • Good command of written English/Chinese, pleasant telephone manner and fluent in spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong computer skill especially in use of Microsoft Excel / Macro.

 

What additional skills will be good to have?     

  • Highly proficient at Excel is an advantage.
