We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager RM Stream.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Drive and support RM Stream governance and PB/GBA related initiatives development and delivery
  • Support RM Stream on portfolio governance, service protocol, well-being
  • Support on delivery of collaboration initiatives such GPB collaboration, GBA Wealth Management Connect and GBA related project
  • Drive Divisions/Branches to support and take active participation in all programs and activities
  • Encourage teamwork to improve work efficiency by building trust among staff
  • Develop and maintain close working relationship with various teams to leverage on their expertise and support to implement activities and strategies
  • Foster and develop a customer centric environment by continuously identify opportunities with stakeholders and collect feedback
  • Knowledge of Compliance, Operational Risk and other control guidelines for Wealth Personal Banking and maintains HSBC internal control standards
Requirements
  • University degree or relevant qualification
  • Experience in the financial or banking sector, Premier Relationship Management experience is a plus
  • Good understanding of Distribution’s products and services
  • Experience in project management from development to implementation of plan
  • Ability to work independently as well as able to interact with various teams effectively with excellent interpersonal skills and at the same time is highly motivated and a team player
  • Sound PC skills including the use of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
