Job Advert Details
As part of Institutional and International Wealth and Personal Banking (IWPB) Sales team for Markets and Securities Services(MSS) Türkiye, contributes to the identification of sales opportunities and maintenance of business relationships, focusing on Institutional and IWPB business and client base requirements.
The role holder will:
• Assist the team in the efficient pricing of products to Institutional clients such as insurance companies, asset managers, securities houses and IWPB retail client base and in achieving both Financial and Qualitative annual objectives
• Provide pricing for IWPB retail branches’ requests for Markets products and contribute to identification of new product alternatives and business opportunities that address needs for IWPB business line
• Contribute to maintenance of business relationships with relevant stakeholders in HSBC Group, MENAT Region and Türkiye
• Support the day to day operations of the desk and own any administrative tasks for the desk
• Work in cooperation and coordination with the sales team and stakeholders
• Strong communication with the team and stakeholders for common vision in achieving the targets
Information
• 4 years University degree
• A degree in any discipline, preferably business administration, economics, mathematics, engineering, finance or science
• Fluency in English – Written and Verbal
• Good understanding of Capital Markets, covering foreign exchange instruments (Spot, Options, Swaps, Forwards and Futures), Interest Rate Derivatives and Turkish Government Bond market
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills - good team player
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Holder of Capital Markets Board of Turkey Level 3 and Derivatives License
• 6+ years’ experience with a strong preference in financial and capital markets
