Operations Shared Services (OSS) drives operations' performance standards, service excellence, and consistency across the Group and our Global Service Centres (GSCs). This central team oversees areas such as business intelligence, cost management, reporting, billing and regulatory compliance. In addition, through its GSC Capabilities team, they are responsible for enterprise-wide workforce management, location strategy, future skills, and group common services (AI, automation, and other strategic initiatives).
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Officer HUB Support Center
Responsibilities:
Jobholder will be responsible to do regular data extractions using SQL, parameter maintenance and investigation on core banking systems and as admin checker function in Complaint Management System (CMS) along with CMS report maker.To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Hold minimum Bachelor degree, with minimum 4 years experience in Banking
- Excellent knowledge with core banking systems (AS400) in parameter, investigation, and data extraction.
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in SQL and macro scripting
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access)
- Strong analytical skill
- Strong time management and prioritizing skill
- Good in English writing and communications is preferred
- High motivation and endurance/resilience
- Good knowledge of Banking product
