We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our HSBC Amanah team in the role of Premier Financial Guide, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

Reporting directly to the branch manager, the job holder mainly responsible to pro-actively manage, grow, retain and deepen Amanah Premier portfolios through account-planning activity (portfolio management) in accordance with the Global Premier proposition standards as well as referring mortgage business to Financial Guides while adhering to Shariah compliance and the Amanah brand value.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a high level of sales and services of HSBC Amanah Wealth Management products based on needs based selling
  • Manage, acquire, grow and deepen High Net Worth customers’ relationships through effective relationship management
  • Cross sell other products based on customer’s need
  • Provide after sales services to ensure consistent delivery of superior banking experience.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail banking environment with certifications such as IPPC, CUTE/ FIMM, PCEIA, CEILLI & TBE
  • Candidate with experience in relationship Management of High Net Worth clients are preferred.
  • Excellent track record in business development
  • Expertise in financial planning and wealth products
  • Strong client focus and ability to develop long term partnerships with clients
  • Ability to deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication, influencing skills
