In this role, you will support in delivering business outcomes across deposits portfolio. You will collaborate with business partners and internal stakeholders across the business to implement enhancements to products, processes and services with a strong emphasis on driving operational efficiency and simplifying the end to end experience for both customer and staff. This role will report directly to the Senior Product Manager, Deposits.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for delivery and implementation of small improvement to improve customer experience.
  • Identify potential process improvement or simplification opportunities from managing product queries and develop proposal to implement.
  • Responsible for performing general market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
  • Investigate and manage product queries and complaints through the Deposits Product Inbox
  • Execution of Savings and Term Deposit pricing changes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field with relevant experience in product and project management in financial services.
  • Proven stakeholder-facing experience, ideally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong, attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • High level of drive and self -motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the external environment (risk, regulatory, political, competitors etc.).  

Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
