We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Analyst.

Finance Transformation’s structure ensures that we are well positioned to deliver against our commitments and enables us to be fully integrated and aligned, both within our function and with the stakeholders we serve. We built on the progress we’ve made on embedding new ways of working to further enhance our Finance Value Stream structure and coordination, and to enable valuable synergies over the governance of our Transformation and Regulatory Excellence book of work.

The role will be working for the majority across two specific areas within Finance:

•    Finance Transformation – Project Management, Resource Management, Project Governance, and support Business & Resource Manager.
•    Enterprise Finance - Project Management, Governance and Reporting

The role holder will join an existing team of 6 resources across India, Poland & the UK.

In this role you will:

•     Take on Project Management responsibilities to support to Finance Transformation & Enterprise Finance (Fusion, SCM, TM1).
•     Support the various Projects through consistent reporting and governance.
•     Manage Stakeholders at Senior level, including liaison and co-ordination with senior business leadership teams specifically in the UK (and across other locations).
•     Prepare presentations, including the scheduling and management of meetings, minute preparation.
•     Be responsible for Resource Management; ensuring location strategy is adhered to, support on resourcing requirements and queries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•     Experience of large Change Programmes within Finance Services is essential, preferably within Transformation as well as Project Management experience.
•     Prior experience of Data Analysis and Data Management is essential to be considered.
•     Previous experience of using the project management tool Clarity.
•     Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and in presentations.
•     Prior experience of stakeholder management, with an ability to challenge and influence.
•     Highly Motivated with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
