We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Finance Partner.

In this role you will:

•  Be responsible for providing proactive, insightful analysis and key performance metrics to drive improved business performance. Explaining historic performance and future strategies of the business to wider audiences adding commercial context to performance.
•  Support the business for all financial related matters, from presentations for the Senior Management to deep dive in the financials of the Relationship Managers or Investment Counsellors.
•  Own the business strategic planning and forecasting processes, including target setting, financial projections / Stress Testing, Annual Operating Plan and other strategic planning.
•  Review business cases and ensure they are commercially viable or in accordance to the GPB / Regional strategies.
•  Coordinate with various stakeholders, for example, accounting, business management, risk or investment teams, for data information and analysis.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

•  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
•  Effective business partner capable of operating at senior levels of the organization Proven record in working in an international environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills and a commercial mind set.
•  Proven track record in strategic financial management and leadership within matrixed environments.
•  Knowledge and understanding of major aspects of the Private Banking business and their dynamics.
•  Extensive experience of working within Finance, in particular a Change Management role.
