The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join the Global Insurance CoE team as Senior Business Manager.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of Global Insurance business priorities.
- Lead commercial/financial initiatives for Global Insurance.
- Drive/support forums and committees to represent view of the Global Insurance business as a business subject matter expert (SME).
- Analysing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
- Lead/support for business approvals, marketing & training collateral for new products & features.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- Graduate / post-graduate degree.
- Strong experience in portfolio management and/or execution capabilities. Excellent organizational capabilities. Experience of team management is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of Agile with strong experience in supporting/leading sprint planning & backlog management. Very strong experience of using Confluence/Jira & Clarity.
- Strong commercial mindset. Experience in business case preparation is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communications and interpersonal skills.
- Data driven and result oriented with high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to influence & collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies & various Global Insurance & WPB teams.
- Strong experience in financial services industry. Knowledge in Insurance domain is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of the internal change framework, non-financial risk and the value stream operating model.
- Ability to work proactively in a dynamic and changing environment, where competing priorities are expected as new opportunities arise.
