We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Claims Officer.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

• Response for performing administrative duties related to insurance claims
• Assess and approve claims by providing fair, professional and quality settlement and managing customer expectation with flexible solution
• Coordinate and participate in enhancement or initiative activities, new products as to meet business needs and improvements on operations efficiency and customer experience
• Prepare and participate in audits and compliance review and ensure the operations procedure is in compliant to the set rules and regulations
• Participate in projects or ad-hoc tasks in accordance with requirements set

To be successful you will need

• Previous insurance operation experience in individual life / medical insurance industry
• Own the job attitude, can work independent, self-motivated, well-organized, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skill, proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPointPoint
