We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Safe Deposit Assistant.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

  • Ensure smooth operation in Safe Deposit Department and deliver high standard of professional service including value added service to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide assistance in some periodic events and carry out other errands as required by managers or other staff as appropriate

  • Address customer's needs for matters related to Safe Deposit Box and offer assistance when necessary. Handle customer enquiries or complaints and address their needs or concerns or refer to others when appropriate

  • Build relationships by establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with others internally and externally and achieve the goals of the organization

  • Foster teamwork by working cooperatively and effectively with others to resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness

  • Maintain all daily records and reports updated accurately and meet all compliance and audit requirements

  • Adhere processes and procedures to minimize financial and non-financial risks

  • Identify and escalate risks and issues promptly

Requirements

To be successful you will need

  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong self-motivated with problem solving ability

  • Good personal and communication skills

  • Have good initiative and service attitude to serve customers with heart

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Fluent Chinese and English with knowledge in Putonghua a plus
