The AI Markets IT team is responsible for developing a range of Front Office applications to support and grow the FX derivative products throughout the bank. It covers quite a number of digitalize solution using latest marketing technology for electronic FX Options trading purpose where we are working in Agile model closely with business globally

The Opportunity:
The Role will be a senior technical role in FXO AI Markets team to involve into infrastructure&core development and ensure qualify delivery timely, the role also need to face with different stakeholders in both IT and business globally, to manage their expectation with proper communication. You will be working with a young team that full of energy & ideas in an open, encourage speak-up and diversity culture. You will be also having the opportunity to work on the machine learning related project getting experience and exposure on the next generation of AI technology.
Team work to discuss, design and implement archetecture idea, provide more potentials for application
Opportunity to work with Cloud platforms and AI

What you’ll do:
- Clarify requirement from key business stake holders and sponsors in organized way
- Conduct project activity including solution communication, setup test environment and implement production release etc. on schedule
- Provide support for production issue if any
- Coordinate with other teams in FICC to compile with all necessary requirement for cyber security, Risk&Control as well as audit and IAM
Requirements
- Master in Java programming
- Program knowledge of Java Script and SQL
- Has idea on how to design a system with robustness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery.
- Excellent problem solving and service support skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure
- Quick learner
Ideal Experience (following skills/experiences would be an added advantage)
Excellence understanding of a functional programming language
- Has experience in working on a new project, initilalized proejct structure and go live it to production with CICD pipeline
- Program knowledge of Python
- Working in a global team with different cultures
- Strong focus and dedication to providing a stable service to customers/consumers
What additional skills will be good to have?
- CLOUD related skill is an advantage
- Having AI assistant developement based on LLM experience is preferred
