We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of 

Talent Acquisition Customer Experience & Quality Assurance Senior Manager

Role purpose:

To design & deliver exceptional talent acquisition experiences that meet the needs of hiring managers, candidates and stakeholders while driving business growth & ensuring quality for all processes at Talent Acquisition

Main activities: 

  • Administrative & support activities of all stages of the talent attraction process
  • Implementation & support of a candidate-centric recruitment process
  • Gathering feedback to improve candidate experience
  • Ensure & control of onboarding activities from Day 1 to Day 30 experience
  • Monitoring of NPS & continuous improvement
  • Responsible of Outplacement processes
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong understanding of customer experience principles & practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Spanish & English
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform talent acquisition processes & strategies
