The Opportunity:

In 2026 we are launching our new Global Capability Centre’s to accelerate our talent transformation journey. This strategic investment marks a significant milestone in enterprise talent, underscoring our commitment to re-imagine talent acquisition to build a world-class, globally diverse workforce. The new GCC will be a central hub for global talent acquisition, leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative recruitment strategies to identify, attract and engage talent from around the world.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic High-Volume Recruiting Leader to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts at our Global Capability Centre. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of recruiting leads and recruiters, leveraging the latest recruitment technologies to meet ambitious hiring targets for high-volume roles. This is a key leadership position for an individual who can blend strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence, driving efficiency and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of recruiters focused on high-volume hiring for various roles within our offshore hub.

  • Implement and optimize recruiting technology to automate and accelerate the hiring funnel, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, AI sourcing platforms, and automated screening solutions.

  • Develop and execute data-driven recruiting strategies to meet ambitious hiring targets for the offshore hub.

  • Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) to identify areas for improvement and report on progress to leadership.

  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

  • Coach, mentor, and train the recruiting team on best practices, new technologies, and effective sourcing techniques.

  • Stay current on industry trends in recruiting technology and high-volume hiring to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team lead capacity.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment for an offshore or large-scale operation.

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with various recruiting technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, automated screening).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with the offshore talent market and an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
